Performed at the Kave, Toronto, Canada, 1995. From inside a boxed Japanese shoji screen, shadowed movement (backlit) accompanied a video monitor placed on top of the shoji. The monitor showed footage from a face-lift operation. Recorded text spoke of 'billy' -a fictitious boyhood friend that hangs-out in memory - a character who represents the rebellious undercurrent of daily experience.
